Ashley McGurnaghan is an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN), Independent Nurse Prescriber, and Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years in healthcare. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Practice and has built a career rooted in clinical excellence, patient safety, and ethical practice.

She began in orthopaedics, later moving to general practice before transitioning to aesthetics in 2017, where she developed her passion for natural, safe results.

By 2021, Ashley became a regional trainer and clinical educator, now working closely with VIVACY UK to mentor practitioners across the country.

As Clinical Director of AMG Aesthetics, CROIA Medispa, and Safer Aesthetics Training Scotland, she delivers accredited training and advanced treatments throughout the UK.

Dr. Cemal Kavasogullari is a highly accomplished medical generalist with extensive expertise in aesthetic medicine, primary care, digital health systems, and medical leadership.

He graduated in 2008 from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English), and gained surgical experience at University College London and St. Barts and The London, focusing on head and neck, and breast surgery.

He began his General Practice training in Glasgow in 2012 and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary University of London in 2014.

Beyond clinical work, Dr. Cemal has held prominent roles at the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and supports global health and professional development through NGOs and European healthcare associations.

Diane Ayling is an experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber with over 30 years in healthcare and a thriving career in aesthetic medicine. Known for her clinical precision and warm, honest approach, Diane is dedicated to delivering natural, refreshed results that enhance rather than alter appearance.

She leads a busy nurse-led aesthetics clinic, underpinned by a strong focus on safety, ethics, and patient education. Passionate about professional development, Diane supports fellow practitioners through mentoring and collaborative work—particularly in the field of complication management.

As a valued member of the VIVACY UK Faculty, she shares her expertise in the Stylage® range and teaches practical, patient-focused techniques designed to build both confidence and skill. Her teaching style is approachable, supportive, and grounded in real-world clinical practice.

Diane remains committed to raising standards across the industry, helping both patients and professionals feel empowered at every stage of their aesthetic journey.

Eleanore Quadri is a Masters-trained Nurse Prescriber with a clinical career spanning haematology, oncology, and senior NHS leadership. A graduate of King’s College London, she served as a Consultant Nurse and Senior Matron in Breast Oncology before transitioning fully into aesthetics in 2020.

In 2012, she founded Revive Cosmetics, a CQC-registered clinic recognised for its excellence in patient care, recently awarded Health & Beauty Clinic of the Year – Kent (2025). Eleanore is also a finalist in the 2025 Safety in Beauty Awards for Nurse of the Year and Best Customer Service.

As Clinical Director of Revive and Clinical Mentor for VIVACY UK (Kent, Surrey, and Sussex), Eleanore champions natural, ethical enhancements and patient safety. Her commitment to continuous professional development ensures both patients and peers benefit from her extensive knowledge, skill, and warm, personalised care.

Hayley is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber with a strong foundation in clinical care and a passion for natural, patient-centred results. Qualifying as an Adult Nurse in 2016, she began her career in community nursing before transitioning to General Practice, where she spent over four years delivering holistic primary care.

During this time, Hayley completed a Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Clinical Assessment and earned her V300 Independent Prescribing qualification in 2021. She entered the field of aesthetic medicine in 2017, working in parallel with her NHS role while building her expertise in facial anatomy and aesthetic treatments.

Following her experience nursing through the COVID-19 pandemic, Hayley made the decision to focus full-time on aesthetics in 2021. She founded her own clinic, dedicated to safe, ethical, and natural enhancements. Hayley continues to combine her clinical insight and aesthetic artistry to help patients feel confident and empowered in their own skin.

Prior to becoming an industry-leading practitioner, Dr. Liakas worked for the NHS for more than 20 years. As an award-winning aesthetician, he has appeared on TV and in print to educate consumers on safety and the latest medical innovations.

Among his growing list of accomplishments, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary Medical School, and a Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr. Jasmin is an internationally recognised aesthetic practitioner, known for her expertise in facial balancing and advanced lip treatments. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from King’s College London, alongside an intercalated degree in Regenerative Medicine and Innovation Technologies.

With a focus on ethical, patient-centred care, Dr. Jasmin has built a reputation for delivering natural, harmonious results through a conservative and evidence-based approach. Her clinical work is defined by precision, safety, and a deep understanding of facial aesthetics, particularly in managing complex lip cases.

Dr. Jasmin has shared her knowledge and techniques at leading aesthetic conferences both nationally and internationally, establishing herself as a respected voice in the field. Her dedication to clinical excellence and patient wellbeing has positively impacted thousands of lives, making her a trusted figure among peers and patients alike.

Julia is a highly experienced Nurse Prescriber with a distinguished career in healthcare spanning over four decades. Since qualifying in 1979, she has worked extensively across medical and surgical specialties within the NHS, holding both a Nursing Degree and a Master’s in Nursing.

In 2010, Julia transitioned into medical aesthetics, inspired by her deep interest in dermatology and the science of ageing. Her practice is rooted in building long-term, trust-based relationships with patients and delivering results that prioritise both skin health and psychological wellbeing.

Julia is known for her compassionate, evidence-based approach and her ability to achieve natural, restorative outcomes. Her dedication to excellence in non-surgical aesthetics led her to leave her NHS post as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to focus fully on her aesthetic practice.

She continues to champion safe, ethical treatment standards and remains committed to supporting patients on their journey to renewed confidence and wellbeing.

Julie Pawson is an experienced Clinical Mentor for VIVACY UK, bringing over 18 years of expertise in medical aesthetics. With a strong foundation in patient safety and clinical excellence, Julie has spent the past eight years training healthcare professionals, sharing her knowledge to promote safe, ethical, and effective aesthetic practice.

Julie holds academic qualifications from the University of Bradford and University of Salford, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Non-Surgical Facial Aesthetics. As the founder of Julie Pawson Aesthetics, she is known for delivering high-quality, skin-focused treatments with an emphasis on innovation and patient wellbeing.

Her passion for education extends to her specialised work in STYLAGE® Hydromax training, where she empowers practitioners to advance their skills and confidence. Julie remains dedicated to raising industry standards and nurturing the next generation of aesthetic professionals through clinical mentorship and hands-on teaching.

Kara Huggins is an experienced Registered Nurse and National Expert Trainer for VIVACY UK, with over a decade in healthcare and more than eight years specialising in facial aesthetics. Known for her clinical precision and patient-centred ethos, Kara trains medical professionals across the UK in the advanced use of dermal fillers and botulinum toxin type A.

In 2016, Kara founded The Sanctum Medical Clinic, a nurse-led aesthetic clinic in East Yorkshire. Under her leadership, the clinic has built a reputation for providing ethical, high-quality aesthetic care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Kara’s approach combines a strong clinical foundation with a passion for natural-looking results, patient safety, and ongoing education. Her dual role as both educator and practitioner reflects her commitment to raising standards in the aesthetic industry, making her a respected figure in both training and clinical practice.
